PIRINOA
♦ LAKE OPENED. (“Times-Age” Special.) A drop of about 8 feet in 12 hours was recorded when the Lake was opened on Monday. The water level is now as low as it was during the summer holidays, a fact which will be a great advantage to shooters at the weekend. Accommodation is fully taxed at the Lake, and with such favourable conditions, there should be some good bags obtained.
