SHOT BY LAW STUDENT IN BAGDAD. (Recd This Day. 9.15 a.m.) BAGDAD. June 21. Dr Saif has died. Angered by . a large proportion of failures in law examinations, a party of Iraki law students interviewed their college principal (Dr Mahmond Azmi) and their lecturer (Dr Hassan Saif) in Bagdad. A student named Daoud Bayat shot Dr Azmi in the shoulder and Dr Saif in the head. The student then shot himself dead.
