Never perhaps in history has so much been done for young people, but, as Mr G. S. Crossley told those who attended an exhibition of arts and crafts at York, England, little is heard of what is being done for people no longer young. The pride of the craftsman, Mr Crossley said, was a precious thing, which should not be allowed to die when working days were over, and he would like to see organised hobby centres all over England concentrating on the older generation, providing them with a live interest for the days when interests are few.
