COMPENSATORY PRICE
ADDRESS BY COL. CLOSEY. An address of interest to the farming community is to be given in the Masterton Savage Club rooms tomorrow at 2 p.m. by Colonel E. J. Closey, who will speak on the compensatory price for dairy produce. Colonel Closey, who intends to give, a series of addresses in the Wairarapa, will indicate how, in his opinion, the marked gap between commodity prices and costs of production and manufacture can be bridged or closed.
