KAITUNA HALL

♦ FORMATION OF DANCE COMMITTEE. At the annual general meeting of householders of the Kaituna district held recently, the meeting decided that the incoming committee be called the Kaituna Dance Committee, and that an account be opened at the Post Office Savings Bank, the chairman and secretary to act as trustees in connection therewith. The following were then elected a committee: Messrs O. Wyeth, A. Welch, L. Taylforth, N. Harcombe, Alan Keir and C. Pringle. At a subsequent meeting of the dance committee Mr Alan Keir was appointed chairman and Mr C. Pringle secretary. The committee will hold its first dance in the Kaituna Hall on Saturday, July 2 and intends to spare no effort to make it a success. All who attend are assured of a very pleasant evening’s entertainment.
