ALBERTA ACTS
DISALLOWED BY DOMINION CABINET. OTTAWA. June 15. The Prime Minister, Mr W. MacKenzie King, announces that the Alberta Home Owners' Security Act and the Securities Tax Act have been disallowed by Cabinet. Mr King stated that both Acts violated the Dominion Government’s sole jurisdiction over finance matters.
