DEATH SENTENCE
NINETEEN DAYS AFTER KIDNAPPING MACHINERY OF JUSTICE MOVES SWIFTLY. (Recd This Day, 10.0 a.m.) MIAMI. June 16. Franklin Pierce McCall was sentenced to the electric chair, for the kidnapping of the five-year-old Jimmy Cash. It is only nineteen days after the kidnapping and is one of the quickest application of justice in America’s history.
