PROPOSAL FOR DISBANDING. BOOKS TO BE DISTRIBUTED AMONG SCHOOLS. According to advice received by the Masterton West School Committee at its meeting last night, the local executive of the New Zealand Educational Institute has approved the recommendation of its library committee that the Central Library be disbanded and the books distributed among the schools in the Small Farm Area. The proposal, however, is awaiting the sanction of the Wellington Educa- J tion Board. '
