FLORIDA CRIME
ACCUSED MAN ADMITS KIDNAPPING. DENIAL OF MURDER CHARGE. (Recd ’This Day, 1.35 p.m.) MIAMI, June 14. Franklin Pierce McCall pleaded guilty to the charge of kidnapping the boy, James Cash, at Princeton, but not guilty to murdering him. Both charges carry the death penalty.
