SWIMMING
GIRL BREAKS RECORD. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, June 14. Competing at a carnival staged by the Otahuhu Swimming Club this evening Miss H. Grey established a girls' intermediate swimming record for 75 yards in New Zealand with a time of 47sec.
This bettered Miss M. Leydon's figures established in 1931.
