The tug circled within 10 feet, redismasted Penang today but returned to port before noon to rebunker. The Penang is perfectly snug and secure and with very heavy seas running and a full gale blowing, towing will not be undertaken till the sea moderates, possibly this afternoon. The tug circled with 10 feet, receiving the report that all aboard were well and that there was no danger.
