FRANCE AND TURKEY ' NEGOTIATING. ALEXANDRETTA SETTLEMENT SOUGHT. (Recd This Day, noon) PARIS, June 9. France and Turkey are negotiating for a resumption of General Staff conversations regarding the French and Turkish Syrian Treaty and the French and Turkish Treaty of Friendship, and a settlement of the Alexandretta issue.
