FIELD DAY

GATHERING AT AWATOITOI Ideal weather favoured the field day at Awatoitoi today arranged by the Tinui Young Farmers' Club. Members of the Masterton and Carterton clubs were also present, besides many district farmers. Mr Hugh Morrison indicated the results achieved in the improvement of second-class land, and in the selection and breeding of a suitable type of stock. The gathering proved a most profitable and instructive one in every way.
