FORTY HOUR WEEK
NEW ZEALAND ADVOCACY AT GENEVA, (Recd This Day, 10.45 a.m.) GENEVA, June 7. Mr J. Thorn (New Zealand, member for Thames), informed the International Labour Office Hours of Work Committee that New Zealand desired -e general and quick application of the forty hour week. It favoured separate conventions in groups of industries, affording elasticity.
