MODERN AIRPORT
OUTLAY OF TEN MILLION DOLLARS HUGE PROJECT IN UNITED STATES INFLUENCED BY PRESIDENT’S DREAM WASHINGTON, June 1. Because President Roosevelt dreamt a drcam and told it to a group of Congressmen, the Legislature will appropriate shortly 10,009,000 dollars to build a modern airport near Camp Springs, Maryland. Mr Roosevelt disclosed that, following the Cleveland disaster of May 25, he dreamt he arose from bed and walked to a White House window and saw a terrible crash.
At present Camp Springs airport, which has been attacked for many years because it is too hazardous, is considered too small for large commermercial air lines. Mr Roosevelt insisted that it was imperative to prevent any such crash as he saw in his dream. of the money is likely to be made before the adjournment of Congress, which is expected on June 15.
