MUNICIPAL LIBRARY
IMPROVEMENTS APPRECIATED. Appreciation of the improvements effected in the Municipal Library by the outgoing library committee in the way of modernising and generally bringing the library more into line with present day library methods was expressed in a motion passed by the present library committee and adopted by the Masterton Borough Council last night. Councillor J. Ninnes observed that the library today was 75 per cent better than it had been.
