MASTERTON GUN CLUB

CLAY BIRD CONTEST. The Masterton Gun Club fired the fourth shoot for the clay aggregate on Saturday afternoon. A good muster of shooters again faced the trap. The conditions were not of the best, a strong following wind at times played tricks with the targets. C. E. Grey and Jack McKenzie however, both shot well and recorded the only possibles. The following are the results: — Hep. yds. Total

Several others competed. A Yankee shoot was won by C. E. Grey who scored the only possible. The next shoot will be held on Saturday, June 11, and will complete the aggregate series.
