FLOOD RELIEF BALL

MANY LADIES PRESENT. A very large number of ladies were , present at the ball held in Masterton on Tuesday night in aid of the Hawke’s : Bay flood sufferers, among them being the following:—Mesdames L. Hill, J. Jones, Miss Watt and her very efficient assistants who worked so capably in the' kitchen, and the young ladies who as waitresses capably and cheerfully carried out their duties.
