DIVORCE CASE

DECREE RESCINDED. ECHO OF PERJURY TRIAL. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH. May 25. The Bouterey divorce again came before Mr Justice Northcroft in the Supreme Court this morning when the Solicitor-General intervened to have rescinded a decree nisi which Anthony George Bouterey obtained in August against Coral Pearl Bouterey and to have the petition for divorce dismissed. Both applications were granted. At the Iqst criminal sessions Bouterey was found guilty of subornation to perjury and was sentenced to two years’ imprisonment. Counsel said that Bouterey had confessed since the trial that the evidence given of his efforts to get two men to commit perjury was correct.
