SMALL CONVOY TO JAPAN DEPARTURE FROM SYDNEY (Recd This day, 11.15 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. The tug Frosty Moller left this morning on a voyage to Shanghai, towing the tug J. A. Boyd and the coastal steamer Moruya. A collier is ready to accompany them under her own power and a fifth vessel joins the convoy off the Queensland coast. This is the first time one vessel has towed two others to the East.
