ANGER IN FRANCE
MUSSOLINI’S SPEECH DENOUNCED. LACK OF COURTESY KEENLY RESENTED. LONDON, May 16. There is also general resentment at Signor Mussolini’s humiliating lack of courtesy. Commentators declare if he imagines France can be dealt with in any terms but equality he must quickly be disillusioned.
