ALL BLACK TOUR
MATCHES IN NEW SOUTH WALES FIXED BY UNION COUNCIL. NO CLASHING WITH LEAGUE FIXTURE. By Telegraph—Press Association. Copyright. (Recd This Day, 10.35 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. The dates for the international matches against the All Blacks were finally decided at a meeting of the New South Wales Rugby Union Council. The fixtures are as follows: July 16 v New South Wales, at Sydney;July 23, Australia, at Sydney; July 30, Queensland at Brisbane; August 8, Australia, at Brisbane; September 13, Australia, at Sydney. Under this programme it has been arranged that there be no clash with the big fixture of the Rugby League in view of the amended itinerary adopted by the Rugby League last night for the New Zealand Rugby League team to tour Australia.
LEAGUE PLANS. AN AMENDED ITINERARY. (Recd This Day, 10.35 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. An amended itinerary submitted by the New Zealand Rugby . Football League for the forthcoming tour was adopted by the General Committee of the New South Wales Rugby League, with one slight amendment. The itinerary now provides that the team leave Auckland on May 31. The opening match will be against New South Wales at Sydney on June 11. Another match against New South Wales will be played on June 13. On June 15 a match will be played at a country centre. The team will play Queensland at Brisbane on June 18 and a country centrq on June 29. On July 2 it will play Newcastle at Newcastle on July 6 will play either against the Metropolis of New South Wales or Australia at Sydney. It will be suggested to New Zealand that, if desired, the team could play a match against Goulburn at Goulbrun, on June 8.
