COURSING MEETING

ON SATURDAY NEXT The Wairarapa Coursing Club will continue its season’s coursing next Saturday, when an open stake and a maiden stake will be decided. Both' events are limited to eight dogs each, ■ f and are already fully subscribed. The greyhounds are rapidly approaching top form, and some brilliant coursing should be witnessed. Afternoon tea will be available on the ground for 6d, and admission to the grounds will be men, 1/6, and ladies 1-. The first event is timed to start at 1.30 p.m. The meeting will be held even if the weather is unfavourable.
