Manchester City and West Bromwich are relegated to the second division. Aston Villa and Manchester United are promoted. Barnsley and Stockport are relegated to the third division. Milward and Tranmere are promoted. As the result of yesterday’s games Arsenal wins the first division Soccer championship, with Wolverhampton Wanderers a point away in second place.
