RIFLE SHOOTING
TRIANGULAR CONTEST. WON BY ALFREDTON. (“Times-Age” Special). Having a substantial lead in the first two matches, Alfredton won easily from Tararua and Kaiparoro when the triangular competition was finalised on the Tararua range last Saturday. The weather conditions were so bad that misses were not uncommon at 400 yards. The Edmonds Rose Bowl, awarded to the highest individual scorer in the three matches, was won by G. Godinagh.
