FIELDS INSPECTOR

MR A. W. SCOTT TRANSFERRED TO HAMILTON. Mr A. W. Scott, fields inspector of the Lands and Survey Department, Masterton, has received notice of his transfer on promotion to take charge of the Hamilton district. Mr Scott, who has been stationed in Masterton for the past seven years, will be leaving towards the end of June. During his residence here he has taken a keen interest in sport, being a member of the Mahunga Golf Club, Masterton Bowling Club and president of the Lansdowne Tennis Club. Mr Scott has also been acting-chairman of the Wairarapa District Rehabilitation Committee.
