ADVERSE BALANCE HIGHEST ON RECORD. DUBLIN, May 4. Eire's adverse balance £22,600,000 is the highest on record, AN IMPENDING LOAN. DUBLIN, May 4. Mr MacEntee announced in the Dail that a loan would shortly be floated to assist Eire to meet the payment of ten millions to Britain.
