APPEAL TO PARENTS. A communication from the Dental Clinic committee has been forwarded to the secretaries of the respective school committees outlining the financial position of the clinic, and commending the matter to the earnest consideration of the parents of school children. This letter was to have come before the local householders’ meetings last evening.
