BRITISH MEMBER RESIGNS HIS SEAT. DIFFERENCES THAT HAVE BECOME ACUTE. (British Official Wireles..) (Recd This Day, 10.8 a.m.) RUGBY, May 2. A by-election is made necessary in the Aylesbury division of Buckinghamshire owing to the resignation of Mr Michael Bealmont (Conservative). In his letter of resignation, Mr Beaumont states that his differences on matters of principle, not so much with the Government as with contemporary political thought, have become acute.
