MR HAROLD BUTLER
LEAVING INTERNATIONAL LABOUR OFFICE. OFFERED PRESIDENCY OF COLLEGE. (Recd This Day, 1.25 p.m.) LONDON, April 28. The “Daily Telegraph’s” Geneva correspondent says Mr Harold Butler, Director 6f the International Labour Office since 1932, has resigned. He will remain in office until a successor is appointed in October. He has received an offer of the ■ presidency of the new Nuffield College at Oxford University.
