The New Zealand Ladies’ Golf Union’s autumn foursomes tournament was continued on the Hokowhitu links, Palmerston North, today. The third round was finished and the semifinals 'and final will be played tomorrow'morning and afternoon. Results of today’s play in the third round are as follows? — Mrs Field and Mrs Speechley beat Mrs Brown and Mrs Harvey, 2 and 1; Miss Griffin and Mrs Monkman beat Mrs Clark and Mrs Curtis, 4 and 2; Mrs Jefferd and Mrs Davies beat Mrs Blackley and Miss Ward, 3 and 2; Mrs Martin and Mrs Pearce beat Mrs Ekstedt and Miss Seifert, 3 and 1. MASTERTON LADIES’ GAMES. On Tuesday next a silver and bronze medal will be played in conjunction with the Coronation medal and Aotea Roa Cup.
