0 AUTUMN TO AIRAM. By Telegraph—Press Association. AUCKLAND, April 27. The weather was fine and there was a good attendance for the second day of the Avondale Jockey Club's autumn meeting today. The track was cutting up by drying. Favourites all fail,ed, none returning a dividend and only one gaining a third place. Totalisator investments were £30,811 10s against £27,028 10s last year, an increase of £3,783. For the meeting the total was £65,275 compared with £64,865 10s last year, an increase of £409 10s. Scott' after the third heat of the third qualifying event for the inter-Dominion trotting championship at Addington on Tuesday has been dismissed and dividends will be paid on the horses as 1 they passed the post: U. Scott 1; Pot Luck 2; Supertax 3. On Tuesday night Mr J. R. McKenzie, owner of U. Scott, said that if the stake were awarded to him it would be handed over to the Returned Soldiers' Association, which will now bene.fit by £575.
