REORGANISATION PLANS IN BRITAIN. STATEMENT BY MINISTER EXPECTED. (British Official Wireless). . RUGBY, April 22. Parliamentary correspondents of the newspapers anticipate an early announcement by Mr Oliver Stanley (President of the Board of Trade) after Parliament reassembles on Tuesday, of the Government’s decision regarding enabling legislation in connection with proposals for the reorganisation of the cotton industry, which has been the subject of several interviews in recent months between Mr Stanley and representatives of Lancashire interests.
