A cable from the Mount Morgan Co., Ltd., states that the production report for the four weeks ended April 20 shows: Ore mined, 49,380 tons; ore treated, sulphide, 27,000 tons; pxidised, 21,681 tons. Estimated production of gold, 4,150 ounces; copper, 173 tons. Operations in the open cut were unfavourably affected both as regards grade and tonnage by heavy rain.
