ARCHDUKE OTTO
4 PRICE PLACED ON HIS HEAD. PROPERTY CONFISCATED. LONDON. April 21. The “Daily Telegraph’s” Vienna correspondent says a police gazette contains notice of the offering of a reward for the arrest of the Archduke Otto on a charge of high treason, the publication of which empowers the German Government to confiscate his property in Austria. A message from the Vienna correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph” on April 11 stated that Herr Hueber, Minister of Justice, had disclosed that a warrant for high treason had been issued against Archduke Otto. If he appeared on German soil he would be tried for his life. It was believed the reason for this step was the archduke’s appeal to the Powers, begging them to extend their protection to Austria.
