COMMISSION LEAVES LONDON REPORT TO PROVIDE BASIS FOR DECISION (Recd This Day, 9.44 a.m.) RUGBY, April 21. The Palestine Partition Commission, whose report to the Government will form the basis for the Government’s final decision, has left London for Marseilles.
