There has never before been a Radio Ball in Masterton and on Thursday, April 28, dancers will have the opportunity of attending such a function at the Municipal Hall. A radio ball is always looked forward to keenly in the cities every season because of its original and unusual nature. Udy’s orchestra of eight players will provide the dance music on the 28th inst. and there will not be a dull moment throughout the evening. Between dances arrangements have been made for amplified radio music of all the well-known radio stars to be featured. During supper there will be no lull, dancing will be kept going by music from radio dance bands of world-wide fame. This ball will, indeed, be a unique occasion and dancers are advised to keep this date free and to contact their friends to make up a party.
