INSTRUCTIVE ADDRESS
MANAGEMENT OF PIGS. There was a large attendance of fanners at Waingawa Works this morning when a most interesting and instructive address on the points of pigs, pig management and diseases of the animals was given by Mr E. P. Nielsen, District Supervisor. The gathering was arranged by the New Zealand Pig Council. After Mr Nielsen’s address, which was followed with keen interest, pigs were killed and a practical demonstration given on the grading of baconers.
