Miss' Thelma Wright, of Wellington, is the guest of Mrs I. Charles, of Hinakura. • Mr and Mrs Hugh Haycock, are spending the weekend with their parents at Eastbourne. Mr and Mrs N. H. Thomas and family are motoring to Napier for the weekend. Messrs Duffy, Cotter, J. Holland, R. Feist and T. Boyd motored to Dannevirke yesterday morning for the fire brigade demonstration. Visitors to Palmerston North last week for the wedding of Miss Betty Collins to Mr Roy Calder included Mr and Mrs B. G. Wallis, Mr and Mrs Duncan Morrison, of Hinakura, and Miss Molly Ward.
