Mr and Mrs E. Lyons and Mrs G. Faulkner, Greenhill, Hastings, are visitors to Masterton.
Mr and Mrs J. W. Greaves and family, of Pahiatua, are spending Easter at Castlepoint. Mr and Mrs E. H. Lett and their son, Mr E. Lett, of Pahiatua, are Easter visitors to Castlepoint.
Mr and Mrs A. Welsh, Wainui, Taihape, are visiting Mrs M. Jarrow, Renall Street, Masterton. Mrs J. Whitehead, Hastings, is a visitor to Masterton, where she is staying with her sister, Mrs McAllister. Mrs F. Petersen, of Essex Street, Masterton, is on a visit to Norsewood.
Miss Ann Yorston, of Wellington, is the guest of Mrs W. H. Saunders, of Essex Street, Masterton.
Miss June Hargreaves, of Wellington, is the guest of Mrs J. Bennington, Cornwall Street, Masterton.
Miss H. Matthews, Wairarapa, is the guest of Mrs F. Cosford, Tararua St., Pahiatua.
Mr and Mrs Geo. Ancell, of Pahiatua, left yesterday for a week’s holiday with relatives in Tolaga Bay.
Miss D. Briggs, of the Eketahuna district High School staff, is spending the Easter vacation, in Wellington. Miss Mary Wilson, of Rona Bay, Wellington, is spending the Easter holidays with relatives in Eketahuna.
Miss Barbara Adamson and Miss Helen Wetherly, of Wellington, are spending Easter with Mrs Baikie, Bentley Street, Masterton. Miss Ada Lawrence, of Hukanui, has returned home after having spent an enjoyable holiday in Birkenhead, Otahuhu and Frankton Junction.
Mrs A. Newey, of Karori, who is visiting Masterton in connection with the wedding of her niece, Miss J. Percy, is the guest of Miss J. Bennington, Wrigley Street.
Major and Mrs J. W. Lord, of Karachi, India, who are. on a holiday visit to New Zealand, are at present the guests of Mr and Mrs H. J. W. Lord, Essex Street, Masterton. They will leave on their return home next Tuesday.
