No short girls, no bespectacled girls and no blondes will be permitted in the ranks of uniformed girl Fascists participating, in march pasts during Herr Hitler's visit, according to Signor Starace’s instructions. He adds that all the girls must be tall, good-looking and black-haired, the aim being to make the demonstration “all Italian.”
