OVERSEAS INVESTMENTS. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, April 12. Replying to a question in the House of Commons, the Parliamentary Secretary for Trade, Mr Euan Wallace, said that according to estimates made by Sir Robert Kindersley, the nominal amount of British capital invested overseas at the end of 1936, which was the latest available date, was £3,764,000,000. It has been estimated that British overseas investments in 1913 totalled £4,000,000,000.
