PLEBISCITE VOTING
SOME DETAIL FEATURES. LONDON, April 11. The “Daily Telegraph’s" Vienna correspondent says the analysis of the plebiscite votes shows more "Noes" in the great industrial districts than in residential and the agricultural regions. Leipzig had the highest proportion of "Noes’’ —23.759 to 914,541 "Yes" votes.
