MASTERTON POST OFFICE

EASTER HOLIDAYS ATTENDANCE. The following hours will be observed at the Masterton Post Office during Easter. GOOD FRIDAY. The Post Office will be closed in all branches. No mails will be despatched, and postmen’s deliveries will be suspended. The Te Wharau and Homewood private bags and the Westmere rural

delivery services will be performed on Thursday, April 14. The Tinui private bag service will be despatched on Saturday, April IG. The Telegraph Office will be closed, but the Telephone Exchange will be open continuously. EASTER SATURDAY. The Post Office will be open in all branches. One complete postmen’s delivery will be made. The telephone exchange will be open continuously. EASTER MONDAY. The Post Office will be closed in all branches and mails will be closed at 6.30 a.m. Postmen's deliveries will be suspended. The Tc Wharau and Tinui private bag services will be despatched on Tuesday, April 19. Homewood private bags and Stronvar private bag services will be despatched as usual. The Telegraph Office will be open from 9 a.m. to noon and 7 p.m. to 8 p.m., and the Telephone Exchange will be open continuously. A counter delivery of all correspondence (including registered) will be made between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Thursday and Saturday.
