VISITING AMERICANS
PRESENTATIONS AT COURT T 0 CEASE. OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT. WASHINGTON, April 10. Mr J. P. Kennedy, American Ambassador in London, has announced the end of the practice of presenting to Court American women visiting London.
He will restrict presentations to families of Americans residing in England, as he considers that the choice of a few from a long list of applicants is undemocratic. The move is an unpopular one in America.
