NEW SOUTH WALES AND VICTORIA SUFFER ENTIRE WHEAT BELT PARCHED SYDNEY, April 7. Drought conditions prevail over the whole of the western half of New South Wales and the northern portions of Victoria. The entire wheat belt is dry and parched, awaiting rain. Live stock is being handled, while domestic supplies of water are extremely short.
