PERSONAL.
The Hon W. Perry and Mrs Perry will leave Wellington tomorrow night for Auckland to connect with the Awatea for Sydney, where they will attend the Anzac Day celebrations. The death occurred at the Wellington Hospital on Tuesday, of Mrs Mary Lepper, wife of Mr Henry William Lepper, Kahutara, Featherston, at the age of 57 years.
A London cable message states that Squadron Leader Denis Barnett, son of the New Zealander, Sir Edward Barnett, has become affianced to Pamela, daughter of Mr and Mi’s A. J. Grants, of Sheffield.
