DENOUNCED AS TRAITOR
FORMER SOVIET PROSECUTOR. FOR DESERTING RUSSIAN CRIMINAL CODE. LONDON, April 4. The “Daily Telegraph’s” Moscow correspondent says that after obtaining numerous death sentences at a score of trials on charges of wrecking and spying, the turn of the former prosecutor, M. Krylenko, is evidently coming. M. Vishinsky, the present prosecutor, to-day denounced him as “a traitor who had done his utmost to discredit the Soviet criminal code.”
