THE NEW ZEALAND VISIT TO AUSTRALIA
AN AMENDED ITINERARY
SYDNEY, April 5. Following on a radio telephonic conversation between Mr Redwood and Mr Miller (secretary of the New South Wales Rugby League), an amended itinerary for. the visit of the New Zealanders has been prepared. This would be submitted to the General Committee of the New South Wales League and, on the recommendation of the Management Committee, will be sent to the Board of Control for adoption. The new itinerary provides that the team will leave Auckland on May 31, arrive in Sydney on June 4, play in Sydney on June 11 and 13, and at country centres of New South Wales on June 15 and 18. Wednesday matches will be played in the country centres Queensland on June 22 and 29 and July 6, and Saturday matches in Brisbane on June 25 and July 2. The remaining matches are: —Saturday, July 9, fixture at a New South Wales country centre; Wednesday, July 12, fixture at a country centre; Saturday, July 16, fixture in Sydney.
The team leaves for New Zealand on the same day.
