WOOL IN SYDNEY
GOOD CLEARANCES MADE. SYDNEY, April 4. With the exception of irregularity in inferior top-making sorts, today’s wool market displayed no change from last week. Competition was keen and good clearances were effected. Greasy merino made 17Jd.
The offering consisted of 9568 bales, and 7400 were sold at auction and 1602 privately.
